Payment Options
1. Online Credit / Debit Card/ UPI Payments

Visa, Master and UPI payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

2. Internet Banking

You can also pay for your subscription through net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account.

Transaction Confirmation

You should not take any action based on information on the website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your “spam” or “junk” folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact us on

Cancellation and Refund
1. Incase of Subscription:

You can cancel your subscription within 24 hours of login by sending us an email. The refund shall be processed within 7- 10 working days from the date of the cancellation request and subject to receipt of the refunds from the service provider. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of cancellation. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective
payment service provider.

2. Incase of Donations:

Donations processed successfully through the payment gateway will not be refunded. Please choose the cause you wish to support and the amount you wish to contribute carefully. No amount will be deducted in case the transaction fails to process. No donation is small when it comes to helping the disadvantaged section of our society. Let us get on with giving! AIACA requests that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. However, we understand that in today’s digital age, donations may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind.

In such an event, please write to us within 15 days and specify the following:

• Donation date
• Donation amount
• Mode of payment (cheque, credit card, online form etc)
• Reason for seeking refund

We shall examine each request for refund of donation and endeavour to make the refund. We may need to seek further information / documents and the donor must co-operate in this regard. However, AIACA shall not be obliged to make refund and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

All decisions of AIACA in this regard will be final and binding on the donor.
