Field Coordinator

Ms. Shruti is a science graduate from Himachal Pradesh University and acquired a Master degree in Social Work from same university. She also has a Diploma in Women’s Empowerment and Development from Indira Gandhi National Open University and she is a UGC NET qualified. She was previously associated with The Hans Foundation, Mahila Shakti Kendra, and Waste Warriors. She has good holds in the Community Mobilization, Field Coordination, Support in Project Planning and Implementation, facilitating convergence, Women’s Empowerment and Gender Advocacy etc.
