Kirtika Singh
Executive Director
Kirtika has eight years of corporate work experience with multinationals like GE, American Express, and XL Capital in the fields of business consulting, process reengineering, change management and redefining operational business architecture, including three years of international work experience in countries like the US, Switzerland, Germany and France. After completing her MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, she pursued her long-standing desire of promoting sustainable livelihood opportunities for artisans, and worked as the Director of Product Development & Sales for CFM, connecting artisans with markets worldwide, and providing them design guidance and financial inclusion opportunities. Kirtika has a keen interest in strengthening and consolidating enterprise development and livelihood promotion initiatives for the art and craft sector. She has a dual specialisation in Strategy and Marketing from ISB, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Punjab University.

Adarsh Kumar
Prior to AIACA, Adarsh has worked both at the Ford Foundation, where he worked on strengthening livelihood initiatives and micro-credit institutions in South Asia; and at the World Bank, where he worked on designing and implementing livelihood initiatives. Adarsh is currently also working on setting up a fund that uses venture capital approaches to create a new model of investing in groups of small farmers and other producers in India. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Georgetown University and a Masters Degree in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Anjali Bhatnagar
Coordinator - Design and Marketing
Anjali has done her post graduation from the Indian Institute of Crafts & Design, Jaipur. She enjoys working with artisans and surface embellishment on textiles is her specific area of interest. Earlier, Anjali worked with an export house and her interest in the crafts sector brought her to AIACA. Anjali now works toward bridging the gap between buyers and artisans. She loves to read and surf the internet during her free time.

Ganesh VenkatKrishnan
Manager - Finance-, Switch Asia Project
Ganesh has over 12 years of experience in the field of finance and accounts, both in the NGO and corporate sector. He holds a commerce degree from Delhi University and has also done a three year diploma in computer programming. His hobbies include reading, cricket and theatre.

Kriti Kumar
Coordinator Craftmark
Kriti has completed her graduation in Leather Design from NIFT, New Delhi. She has worked with Citibank N.A as an Astt Sales Manager prior after her graduation. Her keen interest in the Art & Crafts prompted a switch from the corporate sector.

Kumar Gautam
Coordinator Policy and Advocacy
Kumar has a post graduate degree in Economics from
Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi. His previous work
experience includes working with organizations like
OXFAM, Institute for Human Development (IHD) and CENTAD
in the fields of advocacy and research. Kumar has
published research articles, co-authored a case study,
edited a number of publications on development issues
and contributed articles in newspapers and magazines
both in Hindi and English. His areas of interests
include human development and livelihood issues related
to agriculture, trade, climate change, rural non-farm
and informal economy.

Nupur Bahl
Manager - Switch Asia Project
Nupur holds a Master's in Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her previous work experience includes working with Solution Exchange, the UN's Knowledge Management Project as well as with the WHO Country Office in India.

Pramod Yadav
Manager - Accounts
A graduate from Delhi University, Pramod has more than 10 years of experience in the field of finance and accounts. Prior to AIACA, he has worked with Navyug Retailing Pvt. Ltd., Micro Venture Holdings Pvt. Ltd. and Desert Artisans Handicrafts Pvt. Ltd as Assistant Manager - Accounts. He has been associated with AIACA since 2004.

Rohit Bahl
Coordinator- Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Assessment
Rohit has done his post graduation in political science from Karori Mal College, Delhi University. He has over 8 years experience in the field of operations, monitoring, evaluation and assessment in both NGOs and corporate sector. He has also completed his MBA in marketing and his hobbies include cricket, trekking, writing and reading.

Snigdha Bisht
Coordinator - Enterprise Support Program
Snigdha has done her Masters in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics and has been associated with AIACA since 2007. Her interest and in-depth involvement with the craft sector began with her earlier assignments with the Crafts Council of India retail store 'Kamala' and on subsequent visits to craft groups on freelance assignments with AIACA. She loves films and hopes to take up her interest in photography seriously.

Shivnath Roy
Administrative Coordinator
Shivnath has been associated with AIACA since 2005. He is responsible for general office administration. His hobbies include listening to old hindi songs and reading.

Saurabh Dey
Design and Production Coordinator
Saurabh has recently finished his graduation from
NIFT Delhi in Textile Designing. He has a keen interest
in the crafts sector and his specific area of interest
is developing innovative fabrics. His hobbies include
photography and travelling.

Vaishali Thapa
Manager Market Access Program
Vaishali has graduated as a Textile Designer from ONGC polytechnic and has over 8 years of experience in the export market in the Home Furnishing side. Having worked in both export houses and buying agencies, she has handled different departments from designing, sampling, production, merchandising and marketing. Prior to joining AIACA she has worked as a senior merchandiser for brands like Debenhams, Next UK & West Elm in various buying agencies and has travelled extensively to different parts of the world including UK, UAE, Germany, Belgium & Australia. Her interest in crafts and designing prompted her to join AIACA. Vaishali’s hobbies include reading, travelling, painting & photography.
