Amita Puri
Executive Director
Amita Puri has worked both for the for-profit and not-for-profit sector. After completing her Masters in Business Management, Amita joined Standard Chartered Bank where she worked for eight years across retail and corporate banking functions. She joined CRY, India's leading child rights organization and worked with them for nine years first as Head of Global Operations and then as General Manager, Resource Mobilisation. She was CEO of Charities Aid Foundation from April 2009 - April 2012.
She is an advisory group member of Asian Venture Philanthropy Network and a frequent resource person for South Asian Fund Raising Group and Resource Alliance.

management professional, experienced in planning, action research,
partnership & conflict management and financial management. With 15 yrs of
experience in Education & Developmental Sector, Ravi has worked with various
national & international developmental & humanitarian agencies (like UN-WHO,
UNDP, UNICEF, DfID - PACS, EED Germany, ActionAid, USAID) at various
managerial capacities in areas such as health, education, rights &
entitlement, employable skill building - livelihood, RTI, gender and women
empowerment. His educational qualification includes Diploma in Social Work,
Diploma MBA (Finance), Certificate in RTI, Certificate in Negotiation &
Conflict Management and Certificate in Effective Project Management. |

Mayank Trivedi

SWITCH Asia Project
Mayank Trivedi is an Ecology and Environmental Science Professional with 11+ years of diverse research and managerial work experience in the developmental sector, encompassing Technical Research, Project coordination and management and documentation portfolios.
He is a graduate in Forestry, Master's in Ecology & Environment and an ICAR certified eligible Assistant Professor, Environmental Sciences. His core interest and competencies lie in Ecology, Forestry, & Environment Sciences, with a deeply imbibed passion for wildlife. Skilled in coordination has successfully coordinated the South Asia region of Global Environment Facility's NGO Network, and the Global Membership Coordinator of the GEF NGO Network besides assisting in its governance and policy initiatives.

Asst. Manager - Craftmark Tamanna holds a Masters Degree in Fashion Management from NIFT, Bangalore and an undergraduate degree in Political Science Honours from Miranda House, Delhi University. She has over 2 years of experience in retail buying, merchandising and planning with Central (a fashion retail chain in the lifestyle segment) of Future Group. Her interests and hobbies include fashion, social work, travelling and sports. |

Craftmark Coordinator Kuldeep is pursuing his bachelor's in Public Administration from IGNOU. Prior to joining AIACA, he has participated in various craft related workshops. He has a niche towards the development of the dying art of Indian handloom crafts.

Times of India, Drakhyan has more than 3 years of work experience in Project
